Richard (Rich) has been in the Homebuilding industry for 24 years across the Los Angeles and Ventura County markets. From remodels to complex multi family projects, his expertise spans site development through fully furnished completion.

CFO

Glen has more than 30 years of residential construction experience in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from CSU Northridge, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Regional Vice President

Abe graduated from UCSB and has lived in Santa Barbara for the last 25 years. He is a customer service specialist, is experienced in design and construction of ADUs and kitchens in the Santa Barbara market and works on all our Central Coast projects.

Vice President of Interior Design

Shelby has been in the interior design industry for more than 15 years helping to build beautiful usable spaces all across Southern California. She collaborates directly with clients to create a five star concierge customer experiences that tells their story in their home.

Vice President of Procurement

Sam brings over a decade of experience in construction purchasing, supporting national residential builders across entry-level, luxury, and custom home projects. She specializes in strategic sourcing, strong vendor partnerships, and cost optimization to drive efficient, high-quality results for clients.
